It's relatively clean as it hasn't been used much, but please understand that it has been used by a child, so there is various wear and tear.I've checked="checked" the accessories, and I believe tremendously of them are present, but there might be some missing paper parts.It comes with the Dad and Mom dolls.The batteries are in the intercom, so it can be used right away.I will ship it in the original box.
